How does it work?
You post one transport request (from where, to where and what to transport) and independent carriers send you their price offers directly. You compare the offers and choose the carrier that suits you best.
Is posting a request free?
Yes, posting a request is completely free for you — you pay the platform no fee or commission. Only carriers pay a service fee, and only on the orders they win.
How fast and how many offers do I get?
The first offers usually arrive within about 15 minutes, but the exact time depends on the route and active carriers. Most often you get several offers at once to choose between.
Who chooses the carrier and how do I find the best one?
You choose the carrier yourself: you compare prices, carrier ratings and proposed times, and decide who suits you best. You agree the further details directly with the chosen carrier.
Can I send a request to a specific carrier?
Yes. Open the carrier's public profile and click "Send request" – the request goes directly to that carrier. If you wish, also tick "Make the request public" so it is visible to all carriers and you get more offers to choose from.
How does payment work?
You pay only the carrier you choose and agree the exact payment terms with them directly. The platform itself does not process or hold payments.
What can be transported through you?
You can transport a very wide range of goods: vehicles (car, motorcycle), furniture, moving, pallets, parcels, machinery and equipment, construction materials, animals, fragile goods, boats, bicycles, home appliances and general cargo. You choose the right category when posting a request.
Are the carriers trustworthy?
Every carrier has a public profile with ratings and reviews, the number of completed jobs and mileage, so you can check their background before choosing. Some may also have a badge like "Top carrier" or "Verified company" — you always make the decision based on this information and the offers.
Why am I asked for an SMS confirmation code?
We confirm the request by SMS before publishing: after you submit, we send a 6-digit code to your number, which you enter to make the request visible to carriers. If the code doesn't arrive, you can request it again after 30 seconds.
How do I become a carrier and what does it cost?
Join the platform, then you'll see active requests and can submit your price offers on them. You pay a service fee only on the orders you win.
